  • The intention is to take our proven course offerings and make them available to anyone via the internet.
  • All of our courses have been proven in the field around the world.

The following background led to our creation of EducateVirtually.com

  • The mission of Process Predictability Management (PPM) has been to provide training, coaching, and facilitation services to drive continual improvement across all aspects of any organization’s supply chain.
  • Since forming PPM we have been affiliated with the Management Development Institute of Missouri State University (MDI). We are their Lean Six Sigma instructor. MDI provides all certifications for our Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, and Kaizen Facilitator courses.
  • Process Predictability Management was incorporated in August of 2000 by Charlie Carpenter after a 12 year career in Management Consulting. He began his consulting career at The Center for Manufacturing Technology of Coopers & Lybrand where he was instrumental in the Quality Management and Just in Time Practices. His training development and teaching career began here with Design of Experiments and Statistical Process Control. Utilizing Quality Cost information he led cost saving improvement projects for clients and provided training just in time for implementation. He excelled as a trainer, coach, facilitator, and implementer.
  • Before he joined The Center for Manufacturing Technology he spent 6 years at GE Ordnance Systems as a Producibility Engineer leading product design cost reduction projects. During his tenure at GE he acquired his Masters Degree in Manufacturing Engineering while participating in the Edison Engineering Program. His consulting career included Coopers & Lybrand, MERITUS, Price Waterhouse, PricewaterhouseCoopers, TRW Supply Chain Solutions, and the Highland Group.
  • Savings achieved by client companies from services provided by PPM has exceeded $36,000,000. The return ratio has been $22 for every 1$ spent on training, coaching, and facilitation services .

  • Our training courses, coaching, and facilitation services consistently achieve results
