In this course you learn how to design, conduct, and analyze basic statistical experiments. We begin with the backbone of DOE which is ANOVA. In a building block format we progress from 1 factor up to 3 factors with interactions.
Full Description
Design of Experiments Basics covers the tools required to conduct relatively simple experiments. The concepts of ANOVA, analysis of variance, and its role in hypothesis testing are introduced first. Then you will learn how to conduct small full factorial experiments which allow you to study interactions without any fear of confounding. As part of the course you will conduct a hypothesis test, a two factor designed experiment, and a three factor designed experiment.

Spreadsheet tools are provided that will conduct all analyses that are covered in this course. Minitab Statistical Software will be taught with both screen shots and videos so you will quickly learn the software tool.
