The Deming cycle of PDCA, plan - do - check - act is followed as the driver of continuous improvement. The course comprises 5 modules with a course final exam. Support materials are available as a download in zip format. We provide files ready to use in MS Office or OpenOffice.org productivity suite software.

Your certificate of course completion is printed after you have completed all modules and the final exam. This course is worth 1.5 CEUs. Eight tools are included to support your journey down the path of continuous improvement.
