  • Analyze your process to uncover the Root Causes of your performance issues
  • Develop a prioritized list of Corrective Actions that can be implemented
  • Quantify the before and after improvement

Tools and templates are provided so you can get started immediately with your Lean improvement project. These support materials are available as a download in zip format. We provide ready to use files in MS Office or OpenOffice.org productivity suite software.
