eLearning Price: $ 233

This course will teach you the skills you need to complete the Measure Phase of a Lean Six Sigma Project. The course is designed to be taken concurrently while you work on a LSS Project. Our format is based on Train and Do!

Full Description

The Measure Phase Course is the second part of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training. The Measure Phase of the DMAIC Improvement Process is about 2 basic things.

  • First, establish the baseline performance of your current state. This way you can measure and quantify your improvements and validate that you have attained your goals.
  • Second, solidify your understanding of the performance issues so you are prepared for the Analyze Phase of DMAIC.

Minitab Statistical Software will be taught with both screen shots and videos so you will quickly learn the software tool. We will also use video demonstrations for the spreadsheet tools as well. There are lots of interactive exercises, quizzess, and exams. Once you complete this course you arevprepared to tackle the Analyze Phase of the DMAIC Improvement Process.

Support materials are available as a download in zip format. We provide files ready to use in either MS Office Suite or OpenOffice.org productivity suite software. If you do not have MS Office, follow our partner links to OpenOffice.Org and download the free suite of productivity tools.

There is a Course Final Exam, which upon completion you will be given a Course Completion Certificate. This course is worth 12 CEU credit hours.
