Design of Experiments

Our Design of Experiments Course is a comprehensive hands on five day course. This course is taught on-site at your facility.

Typically there are 4 or 5 project teams of between 3 and 5 people. Each team will have the opportunity to design and conduct an experiment to make an improvement at your facility.

The course is spread out over two weeks with two weeks between sessions to allow the teams to conduct their Designed Experiments.

  3. One Factor Experiment

  4. Two Factor Experiment with Interactions

  5. Three Factor Full Factorial Experiment

  6. Fractional Factorial

  7. Fractional Factorial with Interactions

  8. Fractional Factorial with Performance Statistics

  9. Noise Factors - Inner and Outer Array Designs

  10. Accumulation Analysis of Attribute Data

  11. Three Level Settings and Response Surface Analysis

  12. Economics of DOE and the Loss Function

  13. Course Summary

Exercises follow each experiment design topic. All data used throughout the course is from practical applications of experiments actually conducted.
