- We provide at your location assessments of all business processes across your supply chain.
- We identify opportunities and build business cases to quantify the financial impact if improvements are made.
- Working with your management team we will select a group of projects that make sense for your organization to tackle using project teams.
- The teams are then trained in Lean Six Sigma with their respective projects.
- We provide on site project management, coaching and facilitation support until the projects are successfully completed.
- All team members then receive their Green Belt certifications and the organization receives the benefits from multiple completed improvement projects.
- Typical duration for this type of service is from 4 to 6 months with two weeks on site per month plus 2 weeks of training.
