Design for Six Sigma Training, Coaching, and Implementation
- The Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Workshop is conducted at your location and focuses on one product or process.
- The training required for the workshop requires about 2 1/2 weeks in the classroom, but is spread out over the first 3 months of the project.
- A cross functional team is assembled that will take on the project and apply what they have learned directly to the product or process selected for dramatic design improvement.
- The training and application are conducted in a just in time fashion providing a hands on experience. The DFSS Project takes between 4 to 6 months to complete.
- We provide project management, training, coaching, and facilitation at 2 weeks per month for the 4 to 6 month period.
