Kaizen Facilitator Workshop
- Our Kaizen Facilitator Workshop is conducted at your location over a 4 day period that not only trains your people, but implements an improvement during that week.
- Class participants can receive a Kaizen Facilitator Certification from Missouri State University's Management Development Institute upon completion of a Kaizen Event after the workshop has been completed.
- This workshop is aimed at all levels of personnel within your organization.
- We can train up to 25 people, which is 4 to 6 project teams during the workshop.
- Improvements will be implemented and your organization will see benefits.
- As always, we do not charge a per student rate.
