Lean Six Sigma Champion Workshop
- This workshop is for the senior leaders in your organization.
- We review the business processes, evaluate the supply chain at a high level, and discuss the issues and opportunities facing your organization.
- We will evaluate your high level performance metrics for both your customers and your organization to succeed.
- The opportunities and the performance metrics are contrasted using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) which will generate an agreed upon prioritized list of improvement projects for the organization.
- The management team will select 3 to 5 projects and define the teams that will tackle them.
- The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training is then scheduled.
- The training can be conducted at your location or through EducateVirtually.com.
- The workshop is generally completed in less than 3 days.
