His experience comprises 28 years in the Consumer, Defense, Financial, Industrial, Healthcare, and Pharmaceutical sectors. He designs and delivers training programs that transfer technology rapidly to adult learners, thus providing the means for improvement in business operations, process design, and product development.

  • He has developed a structured process to dramatically change products and business processes following the principles of DFSS (Design for Six Sigma). Annual savings from a DFSS design improvement ranges from $850k to $5 million per product line or business process.
  • He is the Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, and Kaizen Facilitator trainer for the Management Development Institute of Missouri State University. This program has been in place for 10 years. MDI offers his suite of e-learning courses on their BlackBoard LMS platform.
